Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial. You add a payment method when you sign up, but you're not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be billed.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from Platform Billing inside your coach account. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens after my trial ends?+
Your selected plan activates and your card is charged for the first month. You keep all your data, programs, and clients. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge is made.
How does cancellation work?+
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No questions, no retention calls. Your data stays available if you decide to come back later.
Does Goalvana take a cut of my sales?+
No. When you sell a program, group, digital product, or 1:1 session through Goalvana, you keep 100% of the sale on every plan. Stripe charges its standard processing fee on card payments, and that fee goes to Stripe, not to us.
Do you offer custom pricing for teams or organizations?+
